We have the sub flooring down in the bathroom, as soon as we get the inspection we will be ready to put on the vinyl flooring.

We installed the hardwood floor using old tongue and groove board that we had saved from the back room tear off. This is the closet area above the new ADA bathroom.

The student intern work day went well. We picked up the outside of the building and started some inside cleaning too. A big thanks to the student interns and Tom.

All the ruff in plumbing is done. After all the interior finish work is finished we will finish the final steps of the plumbing work by installing the fixtures.

We have finished all the upstairs framing, including, two closets and the hall way.

Today we finished all the downstairs framing. Next week we will finish the upstairs closets, then we will have the electrical, plumbing and hvac installed.

We now have the walls framed in, and can start on the details of the counters and the closets.

We are framing in the new wall and securing the existing stair case.

Building new walls and extending the floor joists will keep the new office area structurally sound.

After a long anticipated meeting with the City we are back to work on the Brown house. We are framing in the ADA bathroom and finishing the stairs, hallways, closets and offices. Here we are drawing out the floor plan and fastening the floor plates to start the framing.
