Tuesday, June 21st, 2005All the ruff in plumbing is done. After all the interior finish work is finished we will finish the final steps of the plumbing work by installing the fixtures.

Friday, June 17th, 2005We have finished all the upstairs framing, including, two closets and the hall way.

Friday, June 10th, 2005Today we finished all the downstairs framing. Next week we will finish the upstairs closets, then we will have the electrical, plumbing and hvac installed.

Thursday, June 9th, 2005We now have the walls framed in, and can start on the details of the counters and the closets.

Wednesday, June 8th, 2005We are framing in the new wall and securing the existing stair case.

Tuesday, June 7th, 2005Building new walls and extending the floor joists will keep the new office area structurally sound.

Monday, June 6th, 2005After a long anticipated meeting with the City we are back to work on the Brown house. We are framing in the ADA bathroom and finishing the stairs, hallways, closets and offices. Here we are drawing out the floor plan and fastening the floor plates to start the framing.

Tuesday, January 11th, 2005We have insulated and put the siding back on the dormers.

Tuesday, January 11th, 2005The gutters have been manufactured, installed, and soldered together.

Friday, January 7th, 2005Work on the outside of the house is nearly complete. We have rebuilt all the historic fascia boards and trim. We are putting a coat of primer on all of the untreated wood to ensure water proofing.
